Please note, in order for you to be able to apply online you will first need to apply for your National AFIO Membership.  Once you have received your membership number, please send an email with your interest in becoming a chapter member of Arizona to applicationrequest@afioaz.org We will then send you the necessary information to log in and fill our online application.
